What we collect
Account registration stores a username, email address, password hash, verification state, and security events. Passwords are never stored in plain text. The service may retain keyed hashes of network and device signals to detect abuse and duplicate registrations.
How it is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, protect the community, investigate security signals, operate support, and maintain an auditable record of administrative actions. Correlation results are reviewed by authorized staff and can be cleared or covered by household exceptions.
Support data
Tickets, replies, and uploaded evidence are private to the requester and authorized support staff. Attachments are stored outside the public web root and every download is permission checked.
